Search question: Is a ground blind needed when hunting turkeys?
Answer: All the websites that i have been on they all say that a ground blind is only good if you are wanting to stay long periods or sit in the pouring rain or something along that natural. If it was me i would say that you dont need one because then you dont get the same joy when you got this big tom rushing into you cause when you is on the ground you get to see every move they make unlike if you are in a ground blind you only get to see his head and then only so much after that.
